**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Markets Senior Vice President to join our team at Phoenix Capital Group Holdings LLC. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in managing a diverse portfolio of oil and gas assets and allocating capital towards strategic acquisitions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Consult with Investors**: Collaborate with potential investors to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on our investment opportunities.
  • **Promote Investment Opportunities**: Develop and implement effective strategies to promote our Regulation A plus and D offerings, and convert inbound leads into Phoenix Investors.
  • **Engage with Vendors**: Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to support our capital-raising efforts.
  • **Professional Development**: Study for and pass relevant industry exams, such as the SEI, series 63, and Series 7 or 82 Exams.

**Requirements**

  • **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrate a proven ability to sell financial products and a strong understanding of various aspects of finance, accounting, and financial modeling.
  • **Excellent Communication Skills**: Possess the ability to consult with potential investors over the phone or in person, and communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • **Highly Motivated**: Demonstrate a high level of motivation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • **Willingness to Learn**: Show a willingness to learn a new industry and adapt to changing market conditions.
