Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at the Tommy Nobis Center. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a critical role in assisting the accounting department with various tasks, including data entry, transaction processing, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including spreadsheets and reports.
  • Review and verify invoices and billing statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze and reconcile financial data to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in accounting or related field; experience with accounting software and systems a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
