About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at Comcast Corporation. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and product management, to define and deliver technical programs that meet business objectives. Your expertise in technology and service operations will be essential in driving business outcomes and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical programs that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in areas such as video, broadband, and home security products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product management teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer experience.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring programs are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • 7-10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on technology and service operations.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as video, broadband, and home security products.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
