  • Administrative Support
    • Complete all assigned tasks, including responding to patient messages, prescription refills, lab results, referrals, and follow-ups from physicians.
    • Ensure all tasks are reviewed, addressed, and marked appropriately before the close of each business day.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Administer and collect patient satisfaction surveys.
    • Communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Experience
    • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant.
    • Triage experience and taking vital signs.
    • BLS certified.

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.
