About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support throughout their car buying journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
  • Use your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
  • Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
  • Mentor and support colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, as required
