Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Quadrant Inc. This role is essential in providing high-quality assistance to healthcare professionals in a dermatology setting.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical support role, preferably in dermatology.
- Proficient in medical assisting with a solid understanding of dermatological procedures.
- Experience with venipuncture and knowledge of sterile techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to implement and adhere to established protocols and safety standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Capability to identify and report potential risks in clinical processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and nursing staff in delivering patient care effectively.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
- Perform delegated clinical tasks and support administrative functions.
- Collect and document patient histories and chief complaints accurately.
- Prepare patients for examinations and necessary diagnostic tests.
- Conduct routine office tests, including but not limited to urinalysis and vital signs monitoring.
- Support healthcare providers during procedures and minor surgeries.
- Collect blood and urine samples as required.
- Administer medications and document treatments appropriately.
- Provide clear instructions to patients regarding diagnostic tests and medication.
- Maintain a compassionate and empathetic approach towards all patients and their families.
- Ensure sterilization of instruments and equipment as needed.
- Keep clinical supplies organized and readily available.
- Demonstrate knowledge of patient care principles across various age groups.
- Utilize electronic systems effectively to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
