Job Title: Clinical Nephrology Specialist

About the Role:
GiaCare Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Nephrology Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Nephrology Specialist, you will work alongside the federal government in support of Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage outpatient chronic kidney disease Stage 3 and 4 patients.
  • Intensively manage patients with uncontrolled blood pressure.
  • Manage 24-hour-blood pressure monitoring equipment and software.
  • Case manage patients post kidney transplant.
  • Obtain and maintain a current, valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration number.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from a NLN approved school.
  • Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner from an AANA accredited school.
  • Board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP-BC) certification.
  • Nurse Practitioner licensure.
