We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Process approximately 500 invoices weekly using a two or three-way match process to ensure accuracy and approve and cut checks.
- Assist with expense reporting and communicate with vendors when discrepancies arise.
- Reconcile 100 vendor invoice statements/week with the invoices and key in accounts payable invoices that are not on the vendor invoice statement.
- Assist with vendor account reconciliations and process improvement to streamline invoice processing.
- Assist with the month-end-close process regarding accounts payable.

Requirements:- High School diploma required
- Experience in managing Accounts Payable workflows for at least 1 year is MANDATORY in this role
- Proven expertise in AP reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
