Role Overview:


The evolution of Digital Contracting presents an exciting opportunity to transform traditional contracts into dynamic, structured data that drive tangible business results.

Central to this initiative is Obligation Management, which empowers clients to convert their contractual commitments into actionable strategies.

We seek an experienced product leader to shape the future of contract data utilization to enhance business performance.

In this position, a successful Product Manager will be adept at guiding a product from inception to launch while exploring new user demographics and market segments.

This role offers a chance to significantly influence Ironclad's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deeply understand the needs of Ironclad's users, surpassing even their own insights.
  • Identify market trends and formulate product strategies.
  • Foster a unified vision across the organization by achieving consensus on priorities and product roadmaps.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of product ideation, development, and launch.
  • Establish and evaluate metrics that guide product prioritization and strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years in product management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing products from the ground up.
  • A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for engaging with end users to understand their experiences.
  • Recognized as a collaborative and influential leader, effectively partnering with all departments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive initiatives and launching impactful products.
  • Exceptional product intuition and strategic insight.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $190,000 and $210,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum for this role. The actual salary will be determined based on various factors, including individual qualifications and performance. Our compensation package includes equity awards, competitive health benefits, and a commitment to professional development.
