Position Overview: This role will be conducted remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed branch reviews at the individual salesperson level to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with branch sales personnel to optimize profitability at the customer level.
  • Lead initiatives for customer contract management across the division.
  • Oversee and manage all customer contract modifications and additions.
  • Handle vendor claim-backs associated with customer contracts.
  • Support the pricing department to ensure accurate entry of pricing matrices and contracts.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for improving and automating pricing processes.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Preferred prior leadership experience in electrical distribution.
  • Proven track record of enhancing profitability.
  • Ability to effectively train and present to various audiences.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and other relevant software.

Language Skills: Ability to compose and read routine reports or job orders, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Mathematical Skills: Competence in performing basic calculations necessary for completing assigned tasks.

Reasoning Skills: Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, or schedule form, and to organize and prioritize job projects and requirements.

Attendance Requirements: Attendance is expected Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with potential overtime and occasional weekend work.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, and order processing software is essential.

Physical Requirements: The role may require regular communication, standing, walking, sitting, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
