Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager with a robust background in crafting and executing marketing initiatives that drive substantial growth in our product offerings. Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at achieving significant growth in targeted product categories while adhering to established KPIs.
2. Possess in-depth knowledge of the email marketing landscape, including automation, recommended tools, dynamic content, deliverability, and lifecycle campaigns.
3. Utilize A/B and multivariate testing methods to evaluate content, creative, and landing page effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage marketing operations and create compelling content.
5. Oversee performance marketing attribution methodologies and analyze multi-touch attribution to assess the impact of overall spending and interactions throughout the marketing funnel.
6. Review and interpret aggregated data sets to extract high-level insights and formulate recommendations.
7. Generate regular trend and performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of experience in online marketing within ROI-focused performance marketing environments.
2. 1-3 years of experience in email automation.
3. Proven experience with at least two of the following performance marketing channels: AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Affiliate Marketing.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and present findings effectively to senior management.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to influence various stakeholders at multiple levels.
6. Ability to thrive in a predominantly computer-based work environment.
7. Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit.
8. Significant experience in A/B and multivariate testing and conversion rate optimization.
Position Details:
This is initially a remote position, transitioning to a requirement of local commuting to Indianapolis, IN 1-2 days per week.
