Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Client Relationship Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Providing expert guidance and support to help customers achieve their financial goals
  • Staying up-to-date on our products and services, including digital offerings, to provide informed recommendations
  • Collaborating with branch team members and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Identifying opportunities to grow our customer base and increase revenue
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
