About the Position

The CalAIM Housing Navigation Case Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive housing support services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles. This includes conducting intake assessments, developing individualized service plans, and connecting clients with resources and services to achieve their housing goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized service plans for clients.
  • Provide referrals, linkages, information, and support to resources that help clients achieve their housing goals.
  • Evaluate strengths and challenges to addressing short-term and long-term goals.
Requirements
  • Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail: Gather and interpret data, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work effectively with others, seeking out and building positive working relationships with colleagues, participants, and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Convey information clearly and effectively (both verbally and in writing) to individuals and groups in a manner that informs, engages, and maintains their attention.

Estimated Salary: $24.93 - $30.48 per hour
