Job Overview

We operate services throughout California, providing a comprehensive continuum of support to individuals experiencing homelessness. Our services include homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation, case management, supportive services, and permanent supportive housing.

Job Responsibilities

As a Safety Support Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the overall safety of the interim housing site. This includes conducting regular rounds of the facility, identifying potential hazards, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks. You will also work closely with our onsite case management team to provide support to clients and coordinate with security agencies to ensure the site remains secure.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with analytical skills and attention to detail to join our team. You should have experience working with vulnerable populations and be able to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as driving is an essential function of this position.
