Position Overview

Salary: $18-$20 DOE

Role Summary:

As a Fashion Retail Specialist, you will enhance the shopping experience by delivering outstanding customer service. Your role will involve driving sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing your knowledge of our diverse product range. This position requires availability for 4-5 days a week, including Saturdays from 9:45 am to 4:15 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.

B. Promote a positive team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

C. Engage with customers actively, utilizing effective selling techniques to assist them in selecting items ranging from apparel to beauty products and accessories.

D. Curate personalized shopping experiences by thoughtfully selecting merchandise for customers.

E. Utilize the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately.

F. Address and resolve any issues or errors encountered by shoppers.

G. Maintain store displays and uphold the aesthetic appeal of the boutique.

H. Support store events to enhance customer engagement.

I. Execute opening and closing procedures on designated days.

J. Ensure dressing areas are kept clean and organized.

K. Assist with inventory management, quality control, and merchandising tasks.

Qualifications:

A. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

B. Proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

C. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

D. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

E. Competence in reading, interpreting, and maintaining accurate records.

F. Strong critical thinking skills to provide effective solutions.

G. Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Education and Experience:

A. High school diploma or equivalent.

B. At least 2 years of experience in the fashion retail sector is preferred.
