Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for demonstrating knowledge and love of the brand while ensuring each customer has an exciting and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Consistently create a welcoming environment for customers, respond to their inquiries and needs, and proactively seek opportunities to deliver a great customer experience.
- Merchandise Management: Assist in the location, availability, and selection of merchandise, and use basic selling techniques to engage with customers.
- Sales and Transactions: Complete sales transactions, maintain proper accountability at registers, and process merchandise returns and exchanges courteously and under company guidelines.
- Visual Standards: Maintain the visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, visual displays, and presentations.
- Store Recovery: Assist in daily store recovery, before, during, or after store opening hours.
- Adaptability: Adapt to an environment that changes quickly while managing multiple tasks.
- Teamwork: Provide support for all cross-functional departments and help set the tone and standards that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Age: Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to act with integrity and business maturity.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to spend up to 100% of the working time standing and walking, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions.
