Job Summary:
As a dedicated behavioral health professional, you will provide essential direct support within your designated caseload.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and skill development programs designed by our certified Behavior Analysis Supervisor.
- Gather and analyze critical data on treatment effectiveness through various documentation methods.
- Participate in collaborative meetings with parents, team members, and our Behavior Analysis Supervisor to provide updates on progress.
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities and their caregivers in fostering meaningful connections within their communities.
- Execute crisis management protocols as established by our Behavior Analysis Supervisor.
- Engage in regular supervision sessions with assigned Behavior Analysis Supervisor(s) and apply recommended adjustments or program enhancements.
- Assist in the daily operations of the organization by fulfilling additional duties as assigned by our Clinical Director.
Entry Level:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in the field.
- Completion of a 40-hour training program for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (to be completed during the probationary period).
- Fingerprint clearance as mandated by NYSED.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Mid Level:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- Completion of a 40-hour training program for RBT or equivalent coursework in Behavior Analysis.
- Fingerprint clearance as mandated by NYSED.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Senior Level:
- Minimum Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- BCBA certification, Advanced Certificate in ABA, or completion of a 40-hour training program for RBT.

- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and accurately.
