Job Overview

As a Group Fitness Instructor at Retro Fitness Corporate, you will be responsible for leading high-energy group fitness classes that motivate and educate members on effective workout methods and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach scheduled classes, ensuring timely starts and finishes.
  • Provide a comprehensive warm-up, class content, stretching, and cool-down.
  • Guide class participants on proper technique and effective workout methods.
  • Prepare equipment and music for each class.
  • Maintain a positive experience for members and class participants.
  • Assist in promoting Retro Fitness products and services.
  • Continuously improve class participation and offerings.
Work Environment

Our Retro Fitness Outlet is a dynamic and supportive environment. Working hours may vary, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications
  • Current Group Fitness certification or specialized certifications.
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • Ability to motivate members and promote Group X Fitness classes.
  • Strong desire to help members achieve their health and fitness goals.
  • Successful completion of Retro University courses.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures.
