Technician Role at Staples Energy

We are looking for a skilled Technician to become part of our team at Staples Energy. The successful candidate will possess at least one year of experience in the installation and upkeep of electrical systems, HVAC units, and plumbing installations.

Position Overview:
  • Implement utility energy conservation measures for lighting, HVAC, and kitchen appliances
  • Assess and verify installation measures in accordance with the established agreement
  • Spot additional installation prospects
  • Execute all assigned installation duties with precision and efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine required tools and materials for tasks
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring a safe working environment
  • Accurately document all installed measures and relevant notes
  • Assist in keeping the job site organized and clean
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
  • Proficient in using various hand and power tools
  • Capable of diagnosing basic lighting and wiring problems
  • Strong commitment to safety and meticulous attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the installation of kitchen appliances
  • Proficiency in Spanish
  • Possession of an electrical license and HVAC certification
  • Familiarity with the energy efficiency sector

Compensation: $24.00 per hour
