As a Journeyman Commercial HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering fully integrated solutions for preventative maintenance and repair, upgrading existing mechanical, electrical, and controls systems to provide the most efficient economic solutions to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, including vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum + years of field experience as a Licensed Journeyman in HVAC.
  • EPA Certification (Universal License) required.
  • Commercial experience as a HVAC and Refrigeration Technician.
  • Knowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform all work assignments.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the newest equipment and latest software for HVAC equipment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
