We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our Coronary Regional Sales team in Southern California. As a key member of our Abbott Vascular team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives
- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve their annual sales objectives
- Negotiate contracts with external customers and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with market dynamics and competitive activity to inform sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related work experience or management experience
- Prior experience in medical devices or a related field is strongly preferred
- Advanced degree is preferred
