Job Summary:
SPEED Global Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and input client orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Produce stock reports to verify product availability and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Coordinate special and last-minute shipping requests with the operations department and transportation team.
- Provide follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met.
- Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices.
- Prepare shipping and tracing information for customers as required.
- Communicate customer feedback to management, including any signs of dissatisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse and clients in administration of accounts and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procedure manuals detailing processing requirements for each account.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to utilize various systems.
- Able to maintain a positive, professional, and constructive tone with team members, management, and clients.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
