We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality Assurance to join our team at Innomotics LLC, a leading manufacturer of motors and drives. Based in Norwood, OH, this role offers a unique opportunity to champion continuous improvement efforts and establish an effective Quality Management System (QMS) that positively impacts the financial performance of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and implement quality improvement activities such as Kaizen and Six Sigma to enhance product lines.
  • Educate and train employees on their impact in the quality management system.
  • Develop, implement, lead, and integrate a QMS for manufacturing plants.
  • Serve as the primary quality control resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or business administration, with 5 years of experience in QA systems implementation and management in a medium-size manufacturing environment. Six Sigma black-belt certification is highly desirable, along with proven track records of business performance improvement.
