About the Role:

Delta Physician Placement is seeking a seasoned Medical Director to lead our Psychiatry team in Anchorage, Alaska.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary for this role ranges from $313,995.53 to $502,392.85 annually, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases up to 7%.
  • A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, flex spending, 401K with a 4% match, discretionary matching after two years of employment, and disability insurance.
  • We also offer relocation assistance up to $30,000, a sign-on bonus of 10-15% of the base salary, and educational assistance through ISH, NHSC, and AK Sharp Program.
  • Additionally, you'll enjoy 6.5 weeks of paid time off annually, with 400 hours that can be carried over or paid out if not used.
  • Paid holidays include 13 days off per year, and we provide $5K plus 5 days for CME.

Responsibilities and Facilities:

  • You will provide clinical oversight for outpatient services, intensive case management programs, clubhouse services, youth residential services, and women's substance use residential services.
  • Your role will involve integrating psychiatry into current and expanded intensive case management programs, enhancing nurse case management incorporation, and supporting development/identification of EHR.
  • This position requires 50% clinical and 50% administrative duties, with Monday to Friday 8-hour workdays and no after-hours requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • You must have a B/C or B/E license and relevant Medical Director experience.
