Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Generalist to join our team at Froedtert Health. As an Accounts Payable Generalist, you will be responsible for compiling and reviewing accounts payable documents, preparing document batches for processing, and responding to employee and vendor inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Compile and review accounts payable documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare document batches for processing and ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Respond to employee and vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Process electronic payments and serve as a backup for running AP checks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Knowledge of mainframe computer processing is required
  • A minimum of 1 year of accounts payable experience is preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience with Excel is preferred
