Senior Engineer/Project Manager Opportunity

Job Summary

The selected candidate will serve as a Senior Engineer/Project Manager on a variety of projects focused on building enclosures, including roofs, facades, fenestrations, and exterior historic restoration of commercial structures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating staff to complete assignments and administering quality control procedures
  • Completing assigned project deliverables, including construction documents, technical reports, and cost estimating
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the success of our structural team
  • Assisting with writing proposals and business development efforts
  • Presenting and representing Gale at client meetings and obligations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Architectural Engineering
  • A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in building enclosure renovations/rehabilitations
  • E. or RA Registration
  • Project management experience and proficient communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and/or as an integral member of a design team
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, Revit, and Bluebeam Revu
