We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at BluSky. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects, including customer service, vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage site personnel and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
* Assist the Project Director with change orders and ensure all subcontractors are working under proper agreements
* Approve or reject invoices and maintain project costs on budget worksheets
* Provide daily and weekly reporting to the project team and customer
* Create and update project schedules and direct, mentor, and train junior-level team members
* Represent BluSky on emergency on-call management rotation

Requirements

* 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience
* Expert in construction project management, financials, processes, and administration
* Strong writing and oral communication skills
* Strong computer and technology skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and local officials
* Construction of multi-family, hotel, and multi-building facility experience
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
