Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Construx Co LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Perform quality control duties, including inspecting work and identifying potential issues.
  • Communicate with the project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, change orders, and material submittals.
  • Ensure subcontractors are executing their contracted scope of work and comply with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
  • Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions and identify conflicts in construction progress.
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Ensure subcontractors have corrected all deficiencies identified by the project team.
  • Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate work and issue notices of non-compliance as needed.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
  • Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
  • Prepare internal and external reports on job status.
