Key Responsibilities- Brand Analysis: Design and execute studies to determine customer perceptions of convenience store brands.
- Market Research: Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective approaches.
- Strategic Planning: Develop competitive positioning, branding, and corporate messaging strategies.
- Operational Metrics: Implement operational metrics and KPIs to continually improve the effectiveness of brand programs, tactics, and strategy.
- Data Analysis: Work in collaboration with the IT team to gather data and direct market research data collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Brand Alignment: Align brand strategy and direction with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to determine action items for improving store performance for each brand.
- Brand Advocacy: Advocate for each brand and ensure equal resource allocation and attention.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred).
