Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-departmental teams to deliver complex projects within defined timelines.
- Manage projects from initial idea through development, launch, and ongoing support.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among team members across various functions to meet project objectives.
- Clearly outline project deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all participants.
- Ensure all stakeholders have a shared understanding of project goals and expectations.
- Conduct thorough analysis and strategic planning for high-complexity, cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive project requirements and standards, ensuring meticulous documentation and planning.
- Organize regular team meetings to assess progress, address inquiries, and tackle challenges.
- Establish and implement processes that create value with clear inputs and outputs.
- Set and monitor performance KPIs to evaluate project progress and impact, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Review and assess existing workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Introduce innovative solutions and best practices to improve efficiency, speed, and overall productivity.
- Communicate effectively with executives, providing consistent updates on project status and key milestones.
- Prepare detailed project review documents, including status reports, post-project evaluations, and lessons learned.
- 10+ years of experience in business, product, or operations planning.
- Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) from an accredited institution is preferred. Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies are advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-complexity, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong writing abilities, capable of producing clear and concise project review documents.
- Experience in data center operations, software/hardware development is essential.
