Back Office Assistant

Welcome to the heart of Sapphire Solutions' administrative tasks, where financials and human resources come together. As a Back Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Tasks:
    • Process invoices, monitor payments, and create reports for tax advisors.
    • Prepare VAT returns and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
    • Enter incoming and outgoing payments into our financial reporting system.
  • Human Resources Tasks:
    • Onboard new employees, from contract creation to feedback discussions.
    • Correspond with authorities, such as health insurance and social security.
    • Process payroll and ensure all important documents are properly filed.
