Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician at the Hamilton County Educational Service Center. As a key member of our educational support team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for students.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to support students with diverse needs. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans to support students with challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to develop and implement individualized educational plans
  • Provide one-on-one support to students to promote social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Assist with data collection and analysis to inform instruction and behavior support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid Ohio Department of Education credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work with students with diverse needs and behaviors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
