As a Medical Records Clerk I - Diversified Services Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and utilizing patient records. Your duties will include performing various clerical functions, such as sorting and filing documents alphabetically, numerically, and chronologically. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient records.

Requirements:
High School Degree
Basic computer skills
Keyboard skills
Good communication skills
Ability to sort and file documents alphabetically, numerically, and chronologically
