Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Intervention Specialist to join our team at The Greater Cincinnati School Application Consortium. As a Special Education Professional, you will be responsible for implementing IEP goals and objectives, tracking progress, and reporting results. This is a part-time position that requires collaboration with other team members and a strong commitment to supporting students with mild to moderate needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
  • Monitor student progress and adjust IEPs as needed
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to student support
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in special education and apply this knowledge to improve student outcomes

Requirements:
  • Ohio certification as an Intervention Specialist
  • Experience working with students with mild to moderate needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
