Additionally, the role requires the capability to transport and set up equipment, including posterboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a customer service representative, ensuring timely and effective responses to client inquiries.
- Capture high-quality video and photography during events.
- Set up and maintain video and photography equipment effectively.
- Work alongside the production team to guarantee all significant moments are documented.
- Exhibit creativity and meticulous attention to detail throughout the event.
- Conduct pre-event testing and operate equipment such as LCP projectors, computers, audio/visual accessories, and standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Perform related tasks as necessary.
- Deliver and retrieve materials as directed.
- Support production staff as required.
A high school diploma or equivalent, along with two years of relevant experience.
Work Environment:
This position operates within a standard office and event production setting, involving continuous reaching, standing, and movement. Candidates must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs.
*This is a contract role through UTMB HealthCare Systems Staffing, the internal staffing agency for UTMB. This position does not include benefits.*
