Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our team at Elite Street Capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, performing data entry, and providing administrative support to our construction team.Key Responsibilities
  • Classify and record financial transactions in Quickbooks
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist the head of construction with clerical duties and provide translation support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with the accounting team and other stakeholders
  • Analyze and respond to bid requests
Requirements
  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Quickbooks experience, preferably Quickbooks Online
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
