Assistant Superintendent Job Description

Epoch Construction, a leading commercial construction and development firm, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Assistant Superintendent to join our Houston division team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Superintendent and Project Manager in the successful completion of assigned projects.
  • Oversee job site quality, safety, project scheduling, and communications with the project team and subcontractors.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and governmental agencies.
  • Assist with setting up job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule.
  • Participate in the review of project documents for constructability and content.
  • Maintain and update project records, including RFI's, RFP's, and ASI's.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and building inspections.
  • Perform daily job site walks and submit reports.
  • Conduct and/or attend project staff meetings.

Requirements:

  • Base salary $40,000-$60,000 DOE
