Job Summary

Owais Developments is a family-owned development and construction firm based in Houston, TX. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Admin to help us create operational excellence for our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including financial planning and budgeting
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
  • Maintain updated records of office expenses and financial transactions
  • Assist in HR duties, including onboarding and benefits administration
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with other departments
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office management and bookkeeping
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Sage 50 and Quickbooks online
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Compensation
  • Full-Time position, 30-40 hours per week
  • Salary at $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
