Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Outfitter. As an Outfitter, you will be responsible for providing personalized solutions to our customers, recommending gear and products that meet their needs, and building meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and peers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customer needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including running shoes, apparel, and accessories.
  • Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets, while providing excellent service to customers, including outfitting them with the right products for their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide support to customers.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting with visual merchandising and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience: Experience in a customer-facing sales environment preferred.
  • Skills: Proactive learner, sound decision maker, passionate, positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, accountable, adaptable, and willing to go above and beyond when needed.
