Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Uniqlo Co., Ltd. in San Diego, CA.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales goals. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure a high level of visual merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process shipments, restock shelves, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Assist with special projects, such as visual displays and promotions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months retail or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
