About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team at LaunchDarkly. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will play a critical role in tackling their key challenges with our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire Prospects with Our Software: Help make business decision makers, practitioners, and the broader community enthusiastic champions through excellent demos and talks.
  • Identify Pain and Design Solutions: Identify LaunchDarkly prospects' largest problems and design solutions to solve them.
  • Lead Successful Evaluations: Lead exceptional, curated evaluations of the LaunchDarkly platform.
  • Ensure Adoption: Partner with customers to make the LaunchDarkly adoption path clear.
  • Partner with Sales: Form effective partnerships rooted in your grasp of selling frameworks.
  • Be a Trusted Expert: Become an authority. Bring valuable insight about LaunchDarkly and its surrounding ecosystem to each conversation. Follow through on your commitments.
  • Advocate for Our Customers: Be the voice of the customer to our Product and Engineering teams.
  • Spend Time with the Customer: 25-50% travel may be required to spend time in person with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years consulting with enterprise customers and large development teams.
  • Led technical proof of concept/proof of value evaluations.
  • Strong demo skills.
  • Proven success in cultivating customer relationships.
  • Proficient in sales frameworks.
  • Have led land and expand initiatives.
  • 25% travel required.
