Job SummaryThe Graduate Leadership Development Program is a two-year curriculum designed to rotate every 6-8 months in each major functional track of Materials Management. This program is designed to foster future leaders by developing decision-making, communication, and technical skills. You will be placed in a role that aligns with your interests and will have the opportunity to work with personal mentors and hands-on learning.
Program Objectives- Protect Family and Friends: Prioritize zero incidents and comply with all company and federal safety policies and procedures. Take proactive measures to resolve safety-related issues and maintain a safe workplace.
- Understanding the Business: Commit to serving our customers with superior construction materials, products, and services. Exceed expectations for honesty, quality, and on-time delivery using teamwork and drive.
- Respect and Engage: Collaborate and engage with your team to provide added value with quality, service, production, and scheduling.
- Innovation: Understand and improve upon the development of an efficient workflow to accomplish a variety of assignments and projects.
- Transparency and Learning: Develop leadership skills by learning from colleagues, developing mastery within the team, and acting with humility. Apply learning opportunities to ensure reliable, quality-driven plant operations.
- At minimum, an Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or an applicable field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have a GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Well-organized and efficient in time management.
- Proficient user of Microsoft products, e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized with problem-solving and adaptability skills.
- High degree of accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to details.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.

Work Environment/Physical DemandsThis position requires medium work, which may involve exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The job involves sitting, standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and bending for brief periods of time in all types of weather. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, to communicate to employees/visitors.
