Program Overview:

The Graduate Leadership Development Program at Peckham is a comprehensive two-year initiative designed to rotate participants through various major functional areas of Materials Management every 6-8 months. This program aims to cultivate future leaders by enhancing decision-making, communication, and technical skills through personal mentorship and hands-on experience. From the outset, you will ideally be placed in a role aligned with your interests.

1. Prioritize Safety: Engage employees to maintain a zero-incident culture and adhere to all safety policies and regulations. Proactively address safety concerns to ensure a secure work environment.
2. Business Acumen: We are dedicated to serving our clients. Our mission is to deliver superior construction materials, products, and services while exceeding expectations for integrity, quality, and timely delivery through teamwork and determination.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with your team to enhance quality, service, production, and scheduling.
4. Innovation: Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency in completing various assignments and projects.
5. Commitment to Learning: Develop leadership skills by learning from colleagues and striving for mastery within the team while demonstrating humility. Apply learning opportunities to ensure reliable, quality-driven operations.



Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Minimum of an Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. GPA of 3.5 or higher.
  3. Strong listening and effective communication skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  6. Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  8. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  9. Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
