Qualifications:

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Experience:
Minimum of 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role, demonstrating extensive compliance management experience.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, excellent leadership capabilities, and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Travel Requirements:
This position may involve up to 10% travel.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $118,000 to $236,000, with eligibility for various employee benefit programs including medical, dental, and retirement plans.
