This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including availability on weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your positive attitude, communication prowess, and innovative thinking to enhance resident experiences.
- Greet all visitors, including residents and potential renters, with a warm smile and welcoming demeanor.
- Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from residents and prospects through various communication channels.
- Handle incoming calls to the property, ensuring accurate documentation of all relevant information.
- Prepare apartments for showings and ensure they are ready for new residents.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, amenities, and available units to maintain high standards of quality.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of pricing and availability of all apartment units to assist prospective renters effectively.
- Contribute to the planning of community events and assist with marketing initiatives.
- Organize and manage the package delivery area efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors and manage community-related correspondence.
- Embark on a career path with opportunities for advancement into management roles.
