  • Complete and submit requests for prior authorizations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a dental office environment (oral surgery experience preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
  • Comfortable using computers for various tasks.
  • Consistent professional demeanor and appearance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
