Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding patient service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, verify insurance, and collect payments
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
