We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Account Manager to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 50-60 accounts, visiting between 6-8 accounts per day to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Develop strong relationships with clients through regular visits and inspections to ensure monthly retention meets or exceeds company targets
- Meet monthly sales targets through suggestive selling and upselling services to clients
- Manage and train a team of crew members to perform work for clients, including hiring and firing as needed
- Administer daily inspections, submit orders for work and supplies, and maintain accurate records of client information
- 3-5 years of sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a related field
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree highly desirable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM database software
- Reliable transportation and a positive, outgoing personality
