Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and marketing expertise for assigned accounts.
  • Support agency producers with placing and processing new business and renewals.
  • Retain renewals through quality service.
  • Contribute to agency growth through cross-selling, upselling, referrals, and obtaining testimonials.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in property casualty commercial lines, bond products, and risk management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client relations skills.
  • Property-casualty license required; college degree and industry certifications (CISR, ACSR, CIC, CPCU) preferred.
  • Proficiency in agency management systems.
