In this role, you will evaluate clients' fitness levels, create tailored training programs, and ensure safe equipment usage. The ideal candidate possesses experience as a fitness instructor or coach, along with exceptional customer service skills. Compensation:$18 - $32 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Minimize injury risks by instructing clients on proper techniques for various activities, especially those involving advanced equipment.
- Adjust fitness plans based on clients' progress towards their objectives.
- Maintain high standards of conduct and safety for yourself and your clients.
- Conduct personal fitness assessments to ensure exercise routines are suitable for each individual.
- Enhance client fitness by personalizing exercises to accommodate unique needs and abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED).
- Current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
- Strong focus on customer service with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
